Happy New Year! I started off 2011 with a 50-minute run on the treadmill. I was completely in the zone today so I kept increasing the time until I hit 50 minutes. It felt great when I finished. That said, this year one of my resolutions is to treat my body the best that I can. That means eating healthy, working out, and of course knowing when to give my body some R&R. That last one is a little harder than you might think as I personally feel anxious whenever I don’t workout for two days consecutively. At any rate, here’s to a healthy and happy 2011.
