I’ve been on a workout craze this past weekend. Saturday was supposed to be my day off, but I figured I’d get an early start on the week so I did my back and triceps routine. Today I was at the gym again and hit my shoulders and biceps. I’m realizing more and more that I like working out on weekends. I feel like I have more time and don’t have to worry about getting home late. Either way, this should be an easy workout week since I already hit two major workouts. All that’s left are 2 cardio sessions and my chest workout. Since I have extra time, I might do an abs or push-up only session Wednesday night. We’ll see how things go. In the meantime I must say, I feel great!
