Friday afternoon I find out the results of my blood work. Did my cholesterol go down? Was I able to raise my good cholesterol? Is my sugar high? These are my main questions. My doc said a few numbers were off, so it’s not gonna be the easy “all systems go” response I was hoping for. Well, in a few hours I will know. Here’s hoping for the best!
On a different note, I found this steels oats recipe online. Oatmeal is good for the heart. I think I will try this.
