I had a pretty long workout this evening. In addition to my shoulders and biceps routine, I added in 3 leg exercises. It felt great! I did squats, leg curls (hamstrings), and leg extensions (quads). By the end of my workout, my legs were feeling wobbly.
So here’s a breakdown of my leg workouts. When I workout from the gym in my building, I do dumbbell squats (4 exercises of 4 sets and 12 reps). When I workout at Equinox, I’ll do leg exercises using the machines. I think between the two I’ll get a nice diverse mix of exercises. Not to mention, my uphill sprints and outside runs.
