I’m supercharging my workouts this week. I started on Monday. I had the day off so I hit the gym and did a nice, back, triceps, and abs workout. I managed to move 250-lbs. on the iso lat pull down machine. Then I did two ab exercises before calling it a day. Today I ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I pushed as hard as I could. Tomorrow I plan on hitting my shoulders and biceps. Then cardio again and then chest to close off the week.
I owe the extra energy boost to a new workout playlist I made the other day. Music, in my opinion, plays a huge role when you’re working out. It can push you to sprint for that extra mile or it can make you forget than you’re benching your own body weight.
